Parking: Two hours free in the courtyard behind the building; the entrance is off the lane, not the street.
Transit: Four minutes from the streetcar; the stop is on the corner and the lane is signposted.

Before You Arrive.

Arrive twenty minutes early: Not ten. The intake takes five and the rest is yours to change and sit down properly.
Bring nothing: Robes, slippers, towels, lockers and everything for the shower are here. Bring a swimsuit if you want one in the circuit; most people do.
Phones: They stay in the lockers. This is the one rule we enforce.
Cancellations: Twenty-four hours, no charge. Inside twenty-four hours we charge half, and we waive it if you are ill.
Gift cards: Available at the front desk in any amount, valid for two years.
