This is the treatment we recommend to people who are curious but not yet comfortable, to people between meetings, and to a surprising number of regulars who have simply decided it is the best hour in the building. You stay dressed, you stay covered, and you spend the whole hour reclined under a weighted blanket while two small regions get an unreasonable amount of attention.

The first half belongs to the feet. Warm towels first, then oil, then thirty minutes of work through the arch, the heel and each toe joint — the parts of you that carry everything and are asked about least. Feet respond quickly and dramatically, which is why the effect of this treatment reaches much further up the body than its name suggests.

The second half is the scalp, worked dry so you leave without needing to wash your hair. Your therapist works the base of the skull, the temples, the jaw hinge and the small muscles above the ears, all of which spend the day quietly clenched. This is the part people fall asleep during, and you are welcome to.

There is no aftercare and no recovery. Unlike the table treatments, this one leaves you clear-headed rather than dissolved, which is exactly why it works in the middle of a working day. It is also the treatment we suggest for a first visit if you are booking for someone else and are not sure what they would tolerate.
